Every culture has its legends. Passed from one generation to the next, these stories entertain and inspire us—but they also explore questions that remain deeply human and universal: What does it mean to be brave? When do we challenge convention? How do we persevere through adversity? What are we willing to stand for? At the 2026 CAPA Fall Cultural Banquet, LEGEND brings these timeless ideas to life through stories, performances, art, food, and shared experiences. Drawing inspiration from legendary characters and tales, we celebrate the universal values behind them—courage, resilience, ingenuity, loyalty, compassion, and hope—and discover how each generation can interpret them anew. Join students, families, faculty, and friends for an evening of culture, creativity, community, and stories that continue to inspire us. We look forward to seeing you there!
