Restore the Tower. Renew the Legacy. Help Restore a Landmark of Faith and History. For 190 years, the Christ Church Bell Tower has stood as a beacon of hope in Tarrytown. Now, age and weather threaten its future. Your support helps restore the tower’s stonework, protect its historic bell, and preserve Washington Irving’s parish home for generations still to come. Together, we can renew this legacy.

Artwork Restoration Fund
Your gift to the Artwork Restoration Fund helps to restore and preserve the sacred art that shapes our worship and welcome. Our art treasures includes the triptych above the main alter. The central panel of the triptych depicts John with Jesus at the Last Supper. The canvas, more than a century old, is in poor condition from water damage and candle heat. The oil on canvas was painted by Ida Rosenquest, an art teacher and the daughter of Harriet Eliza Rosenquest, active in Christ Church and the New York Diocese and whose ministries included traveling to New York City to study the Bible with young mothers. Harriet died in 1890 at age 45. Ida created the painting around 1902, and with her brother, Eugene, memorialized their mother at Christ Church.Any amount you are able to donate is deeply appreciated.
