LXCL:Our mission is simple yet powerful – to EMPOWER families, regardless of background or economic means, by providing guidance, solutions, and education related to child welfare.

For Parents of Teens & Young Adults! Dating has changed. The importance of healthy, respectful relationships hasn’t. Join Color me SAFE Foundation, in collaboration with Radha Patel, CEO of Single to Shaadi, for an engaging in-person conversation designed to help parents better understand and support teens and young adults as they begin navigating dating and relationships. Together, we’ll explore healthy relationships, communication, boundaries, and family and intergenerational influences along with the important role parents can play in creating open, supportive conversations at home. While this conversation is relevant to all families, special attention will be given to cultural and intergenerational influences, including experiences common within South Asian families. Parents will gain practical insights and tools to strengthen connection, encourage healthy decision-making, and support young people as they build safe, respectful, and emotionally healthy relationships. Because healthy relationships begin with communication, connection, and support.

We invite families and children (ages 10 +) to come together for an engaging and restorative experience centered on movement, music, and mindfulness. In a world that often feels overwhelming, this workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and learn practical tools that support emotional regulation and nervous system well-being. We encourage you to come dressed comfortably so you can fully participate in the movement-based portions of the experience. Led by a mental health clinician and a yoga instructor who integrate mindful movement, alongside the soothing presence of live harp music, participants will explore how these complementary modalities help reduce stress, foster connection, and promote balance for both children and adults. Designed as a shared family experience, this workshop encourages meaningful connection, learning, and the discovery of simple, sustainable practices that support well-being long after the event ends. Every ticket purchased supports the mission of Color me SAFE Foundation, helping us continue creating safe spaces, resources, guidance, and support for families who need it most.
