Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for supporting our non-profit community event, the Glow & Groove Family Dance at the OK Centre Hall. We’re excited to share that the event is now officially sold out!

Doors open at 4:00 PM, and we can’t wait to see you there.

To help the evening run smoothly, here are a few important details:

No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Please check in at the front entry to receive your tickets for 4 pizza slices and 4 juice boxes per family dinner ticket.

Each guest will also receive a glow stick—though we absolutely encourage you to come decked out in your own colourful, glowing gear!

The Hall will get lively (and warm!) once everyone is dancing, so we recommend dressing in light, breathable clothing to stay comfortable.

Pizza Service:

Delivery times: 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM

Flavours: Cheese, Pepperoni, or Hawaiian

Additional pizza orders ($2.50/slice) and flavour requests must be submitted at the front door by:

4:15 PM (for 5:00 PM delivery)

5:00 PM (for 6:30 PM delivery)

If you miss the request window but have already paid through your family ticket, no worries—pizza will still be served. Flavour selection will be first come, first served.

We’ll also be hosting a 50/50 draw and a Sucker Board, so please bring cash if you’d like to participate.

A water station, as well as coffee and tea, will be available. We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottles to help reduce waste.

In the spirit of keeping this event as low-waste as possible, we kindly ask everyone to use reusable items when possible and to recycle or compost appropriately.

Parking is limited, so carpooling is encouraged. Please be respectful of neighbouring homes and avoid blocking driveways. If the main lot is full, please park only in clearly permitted areas. The OK Centre Park parking lot is just a short walk away.

Thank you again for your support and for helping us create a fun, respectful, and community-focused event. We’re looking forward to seeing you on the dance floor!
