Support the preservation of printing history through C.L.A.G.’s adoption program. Donors may adopt a shelf, individual type case, or complete cabinet within the Guild’s working collection. Each adoption helps us clean, catalog, organize, and preserve historic letterpress type for demonstrations, workshops, and future printing projects. An engraved plaque will be placed on the adopted shelf, case, or cabinet to recognize the donor or honor a person of their choosing.Adoption is a symbolic sponsorship and does not transfer ownership. Your support keeps these historic materials protected, accessible, and in active use for years to come.

Artisan, Pressroom & Supporter MembershipsCompton’s Letterpress Artisans Guild is first and foremost a working heritage-trades organization built around the continued use, care, and accessibility of historic equipment.Artisan Memberships and Pressroom Memberships provide paths for members to train, practice their trades, and access the Guild’s working equipment. Supporter Memberships help sustain that work: Typesetters contribute through volunteer service, while Case Keepers support the Guild without actively participating in shop operations.Choose the membership that best reflects how you would like to work with, contribute to, or support the Guild.
