Every contribution&nbsp;makes a significant difference. &nbsp;&nbsp;Mother Seton Council No. 17480Knights of Columbus Official Car Raffle Rules&nbsp;Sponsor:Mother Seton Council No. 17480Knights of Columbus&nbsp;Official Rules <ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="text-align:justify;" style="text-align: justify; box-sizing: inherit;">Sponsor</li></ol>This raffle is conducted by Mother Seton Council No. 17480, Knights of Columbus, a qualified nonprofit organization, in accordance with applicable Florida law governing charitable drawings by chance.2-EligibilityParticipants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase. The raffle is void where prohibited by law.3-Ticket PriceRaffle tickets are $75.00 each. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold.4-Odds of WinningIf all tickets are sold, the odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 1,000.5-PrizeThe winner may choose one (1) of the following prizes:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="text-align:justify;" style="text-align: justify; box-sizing: inherit;">One (1) credit of $40,000 towards vehicle purchase at authorized dealership or $35,000 cash.</li></ul></ul>&nbsp;The specific make, model, color, and availability of the vehicle shall be determined by the winner, subject to availability from the authorized dealer.6-DrawingThe drawing will be held on March 28, 2027.7-Winner Need Not Be PresentThe winner is not required to be present at the drawing to win.&nbsp;8-NotificationThe winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the ticket stub. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, Council officials will proceed in accordance with applicable Florida law.9-Taxes and ExpensesThe winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, reporting requirements, title fees, registration fees, license plates, insurance, dealer fees, and any other costs associated with accepting the vehicle or cash prize, unless otherwise required by law.10-Vehicle AcceptanceThe vehicle is awarded &ldquo;as is,&rdquo; subject only to any manufacturer&rsquo;s warranty. Mother Seton Council No. 17480 makes no additional warranties or guarantees.11-Prize SubstitutionThe advertised vehicle is for promotional purposes only. The winner receives $40,000 credit toward the purchase of a vehicle at the sponsor dealership (Gary Yeomans Ford/Lincoln) or $35,000 in cash.12-No TransferTickets are non-transferable after the drawing. The prize may not be assigned before it is awarded.13-CancellationIf fewer than 1,000 tickets are sold and the Council elects not to conduct the raffle, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund of $75.00 per ticket.14-Final DecisionsAll decisions of the Raffle Committee are final and binding on all participants.15-Applicable LawThis raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including all applicable statutes governing charitable drawings by chance.By purchasing a ticket, each participant acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these official rules.✨
