On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee and the Department of Anesthesiology at CHU Sainte-Justine, it is my great pleasure to invite you to Montreal for the Canadian Pediatric Anesthesia Society (CPAS) 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting, taking pace September 25–27, 2026.

Join us for three days focused on the real challenges of pediatric anesthesia and the decisions we face every day in the operating room. This year’s program brings together leading Canadian and international faculty for a meeting built on practical, case-based discussions, high-yield panels, and hands-on workshops that you can take directly back to your practice.

From neonatal emergencies and difficult airways to pediatric neuroanesthesia, perioperative brain health, and evolving approaches to pain management, CPAS 2026 focuses on what we do, not just what we know. At the same time, we will take a thoughtful look at where the field is heading, including the role of artificial intelligence, digital tools, and simulation in shaping the future of pediatric anesthesia.

Each full conference registration includes participation in two workshops, with your choice of Pediatric POCUS, Pediatric Hypnosis, or Innovative Pediatric Blocks, offering practical skills in a highly interactive setting.

The scientific sessions will be held at the state-of-the-art Centre Hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM). Registrants must be CPAS members.

Non-members may add annual membership to registration:- Active Physicians: $150- Allied Health: $50- Anesthesia Trainees: $25

Dine Around and Gala Dinner reservations are limited capacity events and available on a first-come, first-served basis.A $5 deposit secures a Dine Around reservation. Meals are paid individually at the restaurant.
