2026 Crossroads Conference

Join fellow youth pastors and directors as we discuss practical strategies for recruiting, training, and leading volunteer youth workers, explore key principles from Mike&rsquo;s book, Lead Them to Jesus, and share ideas, resources, and best practices with fellow ministry leaders. At Crossroads Fellowship, we value authentic community and spiritual growth. This gathering offers space to exchange ideas, encourage one another, and strengthen how we serve the next generation together.

Youth Pastors and Directors Conference

We&rsquo;re planning our third State Reps Retreat for February 21&ndash;25, 2027, and I&rsquo;d love for you to be part of it. We plan to rent a large vacation home in the Orlando, Florida, area through VRBO. These homes are incredible&mdash;spacious, comfortable, and perfect for meaningful conversations, shared meals, and a welcome escape to Florida&rsquo;s winter warmth (especially for us Northerners!).Here&rsquo;s what you need to know: <ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Dates: February 21&ndash;25, 2026</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Location: Davenport, Florida</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cost: Approximately $400 per couple/person for housing</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Who&rsquo;s invited: You and your wife&mdash;please bring her again this year!&nbsp; No children, however, and only one representative per association, please.&nbsp;</li></ul>Retreat Purpose:We&rsquo;ll discuss the unique challenges of leading state associations&nbsp;and&nbsp;encourage one another by sharing tools, training resources, and best practices. Just as significantly, we&rsquo;ll strengthen our relationships through fellowship and shared experience, something we all agreed was invaluable last time. Clare Jewell will be joining us again, but the purpose of this year&rsquo;s retreat will be less about the GARBC and more about how we can lead the State Associations well. I truly enjoy partnering with you to strengthen churches and equip the next generation of leaders. I hope to see you in Florida!
