Want to deepen your roots? 🌲Annual Membership is for one adult (18+). It stays active for 12 months from purchase and must be renewed yearly. We reserve the right to deny payment and membership to anyone.WHAT MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES ✨🎟️ Members’ Socials (included with membership)- Members register through the event portal so we can plan for headcount.- Each ticket question must be filled out for each attendee (including guests and children).- Guest rule: One guest per event. That guest may bring up to two (2) children and is responsible for childcare and supervision.🏕️ Member priority at ALL events- Members have priority for bed space, tenting space, and small RVs/trailers at all events.- Guests who are nonmembers are accommodated after members, as space allows.- Small RVs/trailers: no hookups. Approval is required before bringing one. Please coordinate with caretakers via Wade or Quill to confirm driveway and parking space.💸 Discounts on events- Members receive discounted ticket options for events, including sabbats. Members still pay an event fee.📚 Library access- Borrowing from the library is a member right.- In-lodge reading is for nonmembers.🗣️ Member voice and information access- Members can speak during Board meetings in “Words from the Membership.”- Important documents are shared to membership channels (Facebook, Discord, and the website).
