The Des Moines Civil War Round Table is a nonprofit educational organization devoted to the study of the American Civil War, including Iowa’s role in it. Annual membership dues help support our speakers, educational programs, newsletter, website, and other chapter activities. Our programs are open to the public, and visitors are always welcome. Membership helps sustain the Round Table and supports our continuing mission of Civil War education.Membership communications, meeting notices, dinner reservation notices, renewal reminders, and newsletters are sent by email. By joining or renewing your membership, you agree to receive Round Table communications by email.Note: Zeffy manages the payment process, and is free to nonprofits because it asks payers whether they want to add an optional contribution to Zeffy at checkout. This contribution is optional and appreciated, and can be adjusted to $0; the Roundtable still receives 100% of the payment.
