LXCL:DLEAG Inc. empowers the younger generation through sports by fostering skills, gaining confidence, and building healthy habits. Our structured programs create positive experiences, helping young student athletes thrive both on and off the court.

Be a part of DLEAG.&nbsp; At Developing Leaders Through Equity in Athletics for Girls (DLEAG), we strive to provide equal opportunity and access for the young and upcoming generation of female athletes. As a nonprofit based in Newark, CA, we aim to build a future and set a foundation where girls have the same access, visibility, and support in sports as boys. Our sports program is a unique coed league that provides the opportunity for our athletes to work on their individual skills, challenge themselves in a team setting, and play competitively against other teams within the league. Through this, we foster leadership, boost confidence, and promote growth both on and off the court.&nbsp; All donations are welcome, and will go back into the sports program to support our athletes. That includes but is not limited to, proper facilities and equipment like gym time, recruitment of coaches and volunteer staff, and uniforms and merch for our athletes. We at DLEAG would very much appreciate your support as we challenge gender disparities and inequality in the sports world.&nbsp; Support DLEAG today. Be the change.
