The Dorset Archaeology and Heritage Forum provides a space for contact, discussion, support and networking for people working within, or just interested in, archaeology or the heritage sector in Dorset.We organise and facilitate events, lectures, training and opportunities to participate.We provide financial support to projects with our small grants scheme and run the Dorset Archaeological Awards.The Forum follows in the footsteps of the Dorset Archaeological Committee, and welcomes everyone interested in supporting and advocating for archaeology and heritage in the county.Our aim is:To advance education, for the public benefit, in the archaeology, history and landscape heritage of the County of Dorset by supporting and promoting research, further understanding and the dissemination of knowledge to the public.
