The Dr. Ephraim Williams Family Life Center empowers the community through health initiatives, education, and support programs, fostering resilience and well-being for families and youth in Sacramento.

Wellness Weekend is a community-centered initiative designed to promote physical health, mental wellness, and overall well-being while raising funds to support scholarships for youth and families. Presented by the Dr. Ephraim Williams Family Life Center &amp; Outreach Program in partnership with the Saint Paul Church of Sacramento&rsquo;s Fit to Serve Wellness Ministry, this event brings together community members, organizations, and partners to provide accessible resources, education, and experiences that encourage healthier lifestyles.&nbsp; From addressing ongoing health challenges to promoting preventive care and active living, Wellness Weekend aims to foster a culture of health, resilience, and community support across Oak Park and the greater Sacramento region.
