Your gift helps West Chester East Marching Band keep moving&mdash;literally.&nbsp;Our current golf cart that was donated a very long time ago has officially been retired. &nbsp;We&rsquo;re raising funds for a golf cart to safely move equipment, water, and support across long fields and parking lots at games and competitions. ⛳🎵 Every contribution supports our students&rsquo; music education by easing the heavy lifting so they can focus on performing their best. Thank you for backing our band family and the East High School Band Boosters Association. Your student&#39;s 2026/27 WC East Marching Band dues help keep our students on the field and making music 🎵 These payments support uniforms, show music, equipment, instruction, and travel so every marcher can fully participate. &nbsp;Their dues also include a set of gloves and their ticket cost for the end of year band banquet.&nbsp; Please complete this payment for your student so the Band Boosters can plan accurately for the season and cover core expenses. Your prompt payment and information keep our band program strong, inclusive, and ready to perform.

Food Vendors: you are required to have a CCHD license as well as this vendor fee.&nbsp; Event is rain or shine. &nbsp; No refunds or transfers once payment is made.&nbsp;
