2026 Community Health Worker Conference The Eastcentral and Northcentral Area Health Education Centers are collaboratively hosting the Fifth Annual PA Community Health Worker Conference at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center.&nbsp; In addition to conference sessions, this year, we will have an EPIC awards luncheon, a networking event and presentation of posters. &nbsp; More Information:Conference Attire: Business Casual *For networking purposes please plan on wearing attire with your organizations logo or your organization&#39;s ID badge.*&nbsp; PA AHEC has the right to deny credits to conference registrants who leave early or do not participate in conference sessions.
