Edith Cavell Elementary PAC supports student success by fostering community engagement, organizing events, and enhancing educational experiences through fundraising initiatives and programs that benefit students and families.

On Thursday, October 8th we&rsquo;re having our Annual Walkathon Fundraiser! The theme this year is Under The Sea. Our fundraising goal this year is $7,000. We are fundraising for much needed gym/sports equipment and library additions. Physical activity and literacy, 2 essential components of our students&#39; school experience! Every child&#39;s name will be entered into a draw to win prizes. In addition, your child&rsquo;s name will be entered in an additional time for every pledge collected. The more pledges - the more chances to win!&nbsp; Please share the campaign link with family, friends and neighbours.&nbsp; Note: tax receipts are available through the VSB for any donation amount. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time brings us closer to achieving our goal. The Cavell PAC budgets averages around $110 per student. This year&#39;s budget will likely be the same, but how we reach it will be different.&nbsp; Historically the majority of PAC funds have come through highly labour intensive fundraising. This year, we are asking families to join our Direct Donation Drive to reach $11,800, or just $37 per student.
