☀️ ESC Summer Outdoor AdventuresJoin us this summer as we explore some of Alaska's favorite outdoor activities while connecting with other Eielson spouses!Upcoming Activities🚣 June 13 — Paddle Boarding at Chena LakeMeet at Outdoor Recreation.🛶 July 19 — Kayaking AdventureTransportation will be provided from Eielson.🎣 August 15 — Fishing at Chena CoveKayaks will also be available for those who would like to spend time on the water.Important Information• Participation is limited to active Eielson Spouses' Club members.• Registration is required for each activity.• Space is limited and spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.Cancellation PolicyThese activities are made possible through club funds and member support. Because we reserve and pay for spots in advance, a no-show still results in a cost to the club and prevents another member from participating.If you register and can no longer attend, please cancel at least 3 days before the event.Members who do not cancel at least 3 days in advance may not be eligible to participate in the next outdoor activity.Event Check-InPlease bring your event ticket (sent to your email after sign up) with you on the day of the activity. You may either print your ticket or have it available on your phone for check-in.All participants will be checked in by scanning their ticket upon arrival.Thank you for helping us make these opportunities available to as many spouses as possible.
