Ellensburg Dance Ensemble inspires a love for dance through high-quality education and performances. As Central Washington’s premier nonprofit dance company, we enrich lives, foster artistic expression, and strengthen community bonds.

From our youngest movers to our most advanced performers, this joyful showcase features all ages and all styles of dance&mdash;ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre, and more. &ldquo;Party Animals&rdquo; is all about fun, personality, and celebrating the hard work and growth of our dancers in a lively, feel-good performance the whole family will love. The Little Prince &ndash; An Original Dance Interpretation Presented by Ellensburg Dance Ensemble Ellensburg Dance Ensemble proudly presents The Little Prince &ndash; An Original Dance Interpretation, a visually rich, family-friendly dance production inspired by the beloved story and reimagined through movement, music, and imagination. Premiering May 21&ndash;24 at the Morgan Performing Arts Center, this original performance brings together children, teens, and adult dancers in a multi-generational cast, blending classical ballet with lyrical, contemporary, tap, and character-driven dance styles. The result is a moving and accessible performance that speaks to audiences of all ages. Through a series of whimsical encounters and celestial journeys, The Little Prince explores themes of curiosity, connection, responsibility, and wonder&mdash;reminding us that what matters most is often unseen. This production is thoughtfully designed for both first-time theatergoers and seasoned arts supporters, making it an ideal experience for families, visitors, and the wider community. As a nonprofit organization, Ellensburg Dance Ensemble is committed to keeping the performing arts accessible while maintaining a high standard of artistic quality. Ticket prices are intentionally set to welcome a broad audience, and optional supporter tickets help sustain future community-centered productions.
