Art of Voice: Writing and Releasing Through PoetryHave you ever carried words you never said, feelings you never expressed, or stories you&#39;ve been holding onto for far too long? Join Empowering Queens for Art of Voice, a healing-centered workshop designed to help women explore the power of self-expression through poetry, reflection, and creative writing. &nbsp;Whether you consider yourself a writer or have never written a poem before, this experience is for you.Together, we will use guided prompts, storytelling, and poetry as tools for healing, self-discovery, and release. &nbsp;Through a supportive and judgment-free environment, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their experiences, honor their journey, and reconnect with the power of their own voice.This workshop is part of our Art of Empowerment: Healing Through Your Senses series, which explores creative pathways to mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.Participants will:&bull; Explore poetry and creative writing as a form of healing&bull; Reflect on personal experiences through guided prompts&bull; Release thoughts, emotions, and stories that no longer serve them&bull; Connect with other women in a safe and supportive space&bull; Leave with a written piece and renewed sense of personal empowermentNo writing experience is required. Pearls for Girls Annual Brunch is a special experience designed for mothers and daughters to intentionally connect, build trust, and strengthen their bond. Through shared conversation, reflection, and a beautiful brunch setting, this event creates space for love, understanding, and generational healing. Join us for an uplifting time focused on connection, encouragement, and celebrating the unique relationship between mothers and daughters.

Join Empowering Queens for a powerful and creative self-expression experience through art.&nbsp; During this guided workshop, participants will look into a mirror and paint their own self-portrait, encouraging self-awareness, confidence, and personal reflection. This is not about being a professional artist. This is about seeing yourself, honoring your journey, and expressing your vision of who you are and who you are becoming. All supplies will be provided.Childcare will be available if needed.

Join us for Pancakes &amp; Proverbs, a cozy and uplifting brunch experience designed to create space for reflection, connection, and sisterhood. Enjoy making your own fresh pancakes while engaging in meaningful conversation and gentle scripture reflection focused on womanhood, healing, and personal growth. This gathering is not about being religious or perfect, but about showing up as you are, taking a breath, and reconnecting with yourself and others in a warm, welcoming environment. Come for the food, stay for the connection, and leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and inspired.Space is limited.

The Art of Aroma is an immersive scent-crafting experience where women tap into the power of fragrance to express their inner essence. In this hands-on workshop, participants explore high-quality oil-based notes from soft florals to warm ambers to bold musk&#39;s and learn how different aromas can influence mood, memory, and emotional healing. Each woman will blend her own signature oil-based scent, carefully guided through the art of choosing top, middle, and base notes that reflect her personality, energy, and intention. This is more than making perfume. It is a moment of creativity, self-connection, and sensory joy.By the end of the session, every participant walks away with a custom fragrance that tells her story, amplifies her confidence, and becomes a reminder that she is powerful, unique, and worthy of being seen without ever saying a word.

Passport to Wellness: A Healing Journey Around the World Join Empowering Queens for an unforgettable afternoon of self-care, connection, and cultural wellness as we travel the world without ever leaving the room. Your passport will guide you through six immersive wellness destinations, where you&#39;ll experience activities inspired by healing traditions from around the globe. From movement and mindfulness to music, reflection, and relaxation, each stop is designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. During your journey, you&#39;ll enjoy: - Six interactive wellness experiences- A wellness passport with stamps from each destination- Local wellness vendors- Raffles and giveaways- Light refreshments- A welcoming community dedicated to healing and growth This fundraiser helps Empowering Queens continue providing mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness programming for women in our community, including scholarships that allow single mothers to attend life-changing events at little to no cost.
