Ensemble Washington (in partnership with City of Seattle | Office of Arts &amp; Culture) x House of Afro x ToneWithTifa: Community Wellness Event Join us for an afternoon of movement, music, and community as Ensemble Washington / City of Seattle Office of Arts &amp; Culture teams up with House of Afro and Tone with Tifa for a Community Wellness Event blending high intensity interval&nbsp;training with Afro dance fitness. 📅 Saturday, July 25, 2026 🕚 11:30 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM 📍 Whim W&#39;him Studio, Queen Anne Whether you&#39;re a fitness regular or just looking to try something new, this event is designed to energize your body and connect you with your community. The 2-hour workout session fuses HIIT&nbsp;training fundamentals with high-energy Afro dance fitness &mdash; no experience necessary, just bring your energy and a water bottle.Beyond the workout, enjoy time to browse local vendors, grab a bite, and connect with others in the community.
