Your gift powers “Race to 100 Free Therapy Sessions” 🧡 and opens the door to therapy support for individuals and their families at the ESP Family Activity Center who cannot afford mental health services.Each donation moves us closer to 100 no‑cost sessions that offer space to process stress, build coping skills, and feel understood. Together, we can keep therapy accessible, welcoming, and rooted in belonging for every family who walks through our doors. 🏁Equal Shares Parenting has served nearly 6,000 people since starting this birthday fundraiser four years ago! This year, economic hardships continue to wreak havoc on families. We are on track to add over 500 more sessions as we have expanded and brought on more clinicians. 400 of those sessions were covered by generous donors like you!!! Last Fall, the ESP Family Activity Center became registered as a 501c3, so your donations are now tax-deductible!!! Our income-based fee program ensures that clients can access therapy for as low as $35 per hour with a licensed therapist or pre-licensed mental health associate under the supervision of a fully licensed clinician. Financial stress goes against our mission as a mental health provider and family support service. In challenging times, even $35 can be a significant strain. The cost is FREE to our clients, and the funds are used to provide our clinicians with an extremely reduced rate to ensure that they can also manage to have longevity in this work. Economic hardships impact providers as well.For my birthday, I’m rallying my village to cover the cost of therapy for families in need at Equal Shares Parenting's Family Activity Center.
