Finding Our Stride

Finding Our Stride empowers Upper Valley youth through free afterschool running programs, enhancing fitness, self-esteem, and resilience while fostering connections with peers and mentors to build a stronger, more supportive community.

Get ready to run, walk, and get colorful for a great cause! Join us for a vibrant Color Splash and Dash benefiting <a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.findingourstride.org" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; -webkit-user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Finding Our Stride</a>, an organization dedicated to empowering Upper Valley youth through free afterschool running programs by boosting fitness, self-esteem and resilience, and connecting kids to peers, mentors and community. This fun, untimed event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Along the course, you&rsquo;ll be doused in bursts of bright color, creating a joyful and unforgettable experience from start to finish. Whether you&#39;re participating with friends, bringing the family, or simply looking for a unique way to give back, every step you take helps support meaningful programming that makes a difference. Clip in for a cause 🚴&zwj;♀️💚 Join JKFit and the <a fr-original-style="" href="http://www.findingourstride.org" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; -webkit-user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Finding Our Stride</a> community for a Spin-a-thon that helps keep our afterschool running programs free for Upper Valley youth. For 15 years, Finding Our Stride has offered free afterschool running programs that support the whole child. Today we partner with more than 25 schools across the Upper Valley to build fitness, confidence, resilience, and community&nbsp;&ndash; all while keeping things easy for families and our mentor-coaches.&nbsp; Ride with us on November 7th and help make it possible that all kids in our rural communities have opportunities to get outside, build lifelong healthy behaviors, and experience the joy of movement. Register now to reserve your bike, invite others to join you, and power the miles that keep our programs going. Peer-to-Peer Fundraising<ul fr-original-style="margin-left: 20px " style="margin-left: 20px; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Step 1: Register and reserve your bike. You can ride solo for the two hours or invite a friend to share the bike and ride as a team. Registration fee: $100/bike. Note: registration is free if you are joining a team and your team captain has already reserved a bike.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Step 2: Build your Peer-to-Peer fundraising page: after you register, you will receive your own link to your personal fundraising page. Our fundraising minimum is $200/bike, but we encourage you to set your own fundraising goal and share it on your fundraising page and with your friends. We&#39;ll send along some stories of the power of positivity in motion that you can include on your fundraising page.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Step 3: Share your fundraising page and collect pledges from friends, family, and colleagues. We&#39;ll have great prizes for the top fundraisers.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Step 4: Invite a friend to also register and ride solo, or be part of your team. Optional fee to ZeffyPlease note: After selecting your ticket type for our spinathon, you will see an optional, pre-filled fee on your payment page to Zeffy, the registration platform Finding Our Stride is using for this event. Zeffy is free for nonprofits and asks users to contribute to keep the platform free. Zeffy automatically sets a default percentage rate. This fee is optional. You can choose to include a smaller &#39;service fee&#39; or opt out completely by selecting &#39;other amount&#39; in the drop-down menu and entering $0.&nbsp;
