An FBDC corporate member is defined as a public, private or foreign-owned corporation, university, hospital, government agency, or other large buying institution. Corporate members need to be committed to business diversity and the inclusion of FBDC-certified minority business enterprises (MBEs) and small business enterprises (SBEs) in the procurement process.IMPORTANT! Fees will increase beginning on January 1, 2027. Lock in your 2025 rate before the end of the year.Membership EligibilityMajority-Owned: Must be a majority owned corporation with purchasing needs.Designated Contact: Must assign a designated official contact to represent your company within the FBDC network.
