YESTERDAY - Starlight Cinema at The Steam Café

INTERSTELLAR - Starlight Cinema at The Steam Café

An Englishman in a grimy linen suit, Arthur (a superb Josh O&rsquo;Connor) has just been released from prison. Yearning for his old lover, Beniamina, the daughter of an ageing local aristocrat (Isabella Rossellini), he falls in with a group of tombaroli (tomb robbers), a rowdy, Fellini-esque crew of twentysomethings who claim to work as farmers and entertainers, but instead pilfer the area&rsquo;s ancient burial sites for Etruscan earthenware and ornaments to sell on the black market. LA CHIMERA - Starlight Cinema at The Steam Café

What is a ceilidh?A ceilidh (kay-lee) is descended from the Gaelic word for &lsquo;gathering&rsquo; or &lsquo;party&rsquo;. It&#39;s a night of dancing - and the magic is that everyone can take part, young or old, experienced dancers to beginners. A caller will talk you through the steps, so you don&#39;t need to know anything beforehand! Doors open at 5.30pm!&nbsp;The bar will be serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a light evening meal (vegan and gluten-free). Music and dancing from 7pm - 10pm. Last admission 8pm.&nbsp;Wear something that makes you feel fantastic, and make sure you&#39;ve got comfortable shoes to dance the night away. Tickets are limited, so we recommend booking in advance. This event is pay-what-you-can - all profits will go towards supporting the Forncett Festival (7th - 9th August 2026).
