Build confidence and practical skills in a small, supportive setting 🥋The class will be led by Shawn &ldquo;Mr. Rod&rdquo; Rodriguez, a Marine Corps veteran with extensive training in personal defense. Shawn is certified in Krav Maga and holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, bringing years of hands-on experience, discipline, and practical self-protection knowledge to the group. What you will learn:&bull; Basic Self-Defense techniques for real life situations&nbsp;&bull; How to recognize your surroundings&bull; How to spot potential red flags&bull; Simple ways to avoid becoming an easy target Led with care, not fear ❤️ Class size is limited to 20 people to keep things calm, respectful, and comfortable. No experience needed. Just wear something you can move in and come as you are. [A Note From Our Foundation: We work hard to keep our events affordable and accessible for everyone.
