Please complete this form to become a member of Friends of BK Fundraising Association (FOBK). All parents/legal guardians of students enrolled in Bertha Kennedy (BK) are automatically members of School Council, and they are encouraged to become members of the FOBK, our Fundraising Association. Other interested persons may become Community Members or Associate Members, subject to vested interest and bylaws, as approved by the Association. The majority of members of the Association will be parents/legal guardians. There are no membership fees. Each person who would like to become a member must fill out their own form even if they reside in the same household.
