The Park and FoHBSP are not responsible for any losses.Saturday, December 5th – 7:00 am - 10:00 am (before the event starts)WIFI: Coverage will be provided.Vendor Fees and PaymentVendor Fee: $50.00Application and Payment Due By: August 15, 2026Make payment to FoHBSP and mail to FoHBSP PO Box 137 Murrells Inlet SC 29576Terms and ConditionsTERMS and CONDITIONSVendors must agree to comply with all event rules and regulations, and will be responsible for any loss or damage to his/her product(s), and for personal injury incurred during the course of the event. Vendors release FoHBSP and the SCDPRT from any claims whatsoever resulting therefrom.Vendors grant permission to FoHBSP to use any photos of the vendor and their products taken during setup and at the Craft Market for use by FoHBSP on their website or social media pages.Parking for Vendors will be in the grassy area across from the Atalaya entrance and on both sides of the road between the camp store building and Atalaya. This is the closest area to unload. There will be FoHBSP volunteers available to help direct where to park and to help get you to your assigned space. However, it is advised that you bring your own dollies as there will be a limited number available. You must also bring your own tables and chairs as these are not provided.Atalaya rooms and courtyard booths are equipped with an electrical outlet, however electric heaters are NOT allowed inside the rooms or in the courtyard booths. Instead, battery heated vests and hand warmers are recommended as alternatives. Propane heaters are NOT allowed inside the rooms but are allowed in the courtyard.Vendors cannot sell food or beverages at the Craft Market.Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by FoHBSP.Remember, Atalaya is a National Historic site. Do not attach new nails or hooks to the walls.
