🎆 Frogmore Inclusive Laser &amp; Fireworks Show 🎆 Join us this October half term for a family-friendly Inclusive Laser &amp; Fireworks Show at Frogmore Junior School. When: Wednesday, 28th October 2026 (Double check the day of the week for your calendar!) Times: Gates open at 5:00pm | Trail &amp; Activities from 5:15pm | Laser &amp; Low-Noise Show from 7pm Where: Frogmore Junior School Field Payment: 💳&nbsp;100% Cash-Free Event (Card and contactless only for all food, hot drinks, and glow products).&nbsp; SPONSOR OUR EVENT HERE&nbsp;<a fr-original-style="" href="https://frogmore-junior-school-pta-association.sumupstore.com/" id="isPasted" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">https://frogmore-junior-school-pta-association.sumupstore.com/</a> We&#39;re creating this event with inclusion and accessibility at its heart, providing a fantastic experience for children with additional needs and their families, while welcoming the whole community. ✨ The evening will begin with a autumn trail and pumpkin picking and other activities. followed by a spectacular laser show, followed by a low-noise fireworks display at the end. Using low-noise fireworks means we can provide the excitement of fireworks while being more considerate of children who may find loud bangs difficult, as well as local pets and wildlife.&nbsp; 🌬️ Weather contingency: If high winds mean that it isn&#39;t safe to proceed with the fireworks, the fireworks will be replaced with an extended laser show. The safety of our families, volunteers and the surrounding area will always come first. 🌳 Help us make Frogmore more accessible Funds raised through this event will help the PTA work towards bringing our Forest School back into use and making it accessible to more children. Our plans include making the woodland safe, accessible and suitable for regular use, with new activities and outdoor learning opportunities. As part of this project, we would also like to provide an accessible composting toilet within the Forest School area. Subject to planning permission and raising the funds required, this facility would make the Forest School significantly more accessible, allowing children who require accessible toilet facilities to take part without having to leave the woodland and make the journey back to the main school building. We&#39;re also exploring how the facility could provide accessible toilet provision for people using the school&#39;s outdoor spaces and community events. 💚 So when you buy a ticket, you&#39;re not only supporting a fantastic local event &mdash; you&#39;re helping us work towards making Frogmore Junior School more accessible and inclusive for everyone. 🎟️ Please note: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of high winds, the fireworks will be replaced with an extended laser show, and tickets will not be refunded. 🚗 Travel &amp; Parking On-site parking is strictly limited. If you live locally,&nbsp;please walk or use public transport where possible. If driving, please car share, park responsibly on surrounding roads, and respect our neighbors. Gates open early at 5:00pm to give everyone plenty of time to arrive calmly and safely. 💳 Important: Cash-Free Event To keep queues moving quickly and safely, our entire site is completely cash-free. All stalls&mdash;including our BBQ hot dogs, hot chocolate, and glow product stands&mdash;will only accept card or mobile contactless payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay). Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times. While we are proudly using low-noise fireworks to be inclusive, the display will still be bright and have ambient noise, so ear defenders are highly recommended for infants. Must be booked alongside an adult ticket. All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
