GCHM: Grief Can’t Hold Me exists to support individuals and families navigating the weight of loss with compassion, community, and hope.Through healing resources, supportive programs, and the comfort of The Teddy Bear Project, we ensure no one has to face grief alone.

Grief does not end when the funeral is over. It remains long after the calls slow down, the meals stop coming, and everyone else returns to their daily lives. That is often when grieving individuals and families need compassionate support the most. Grief Can&rsquo;t Hold Me &amp; The Teddy Bear Project&trade; exists to help ensure that no one has to walk through that season alone. We provide safe, compassionate spaces where people navigating significant loss can be seen, heard, supported, and reminded that healing is still possible&mdash;even when life will never be the same. Through peer-led virtual grief support groups, grief education, practical resources, and meaningful community connection, we walk beside grieving people as they learn to carry what cannot simply be left behind. Through The Teddy Bear Project&trade;, we also send comfort bears to grieving individuals and families as tangible reminders that their loved ones are remembered and that someone cares. Our $5,000 fundraising goal will help support:&bull; Monthly and biweekly virtual grief support groups &bull; Grief education and community-awareness initiatives &bull; Practical grief-support materials, including educational guides, group resources, and reflection tools &bull; The purchase and preparation of comfort bears distributed through The Teddy Bear Project&trade; &bull; Packaging and shipping costs for bears and grief resources &bull; Continued outreach and program support for grieving individuals and families Every gift helps us continue showing up after others may have gone&mdash;offering comfort, connection, education, and hope to people learning how to live alongside loss.Whether your contribution helps provide a grief resource, supports a virtual group, or places a comfort bear into the arms of someone who needs it, your generosity becomes part of someone&rsquo;s healing journey.Together, we can make sure no one grieves alone.
