It&rsquo;s such a joy to welcome you all to this special &ldquo;Ladies for a Change&rdquo; sip and paint evening, brought to you by Girls for a Change. This is more than just an event, it&rsquo;s a moment. A moment to pause, to breathe, and to honour the incredible women who shape our lives every single day. To the mums, daughters, aunties, sisters, friends, the women who show up with love, strength, patience, and resilience, this night is for you. So often, the women in our lives are the ones holding everything together. You are the listeners, the carers, the motivators, the quiet supporters behind so many successes. You give your time, your energy, your hearts, sometimes without ever stopping to give that same care back to yourselves. This night is about changing that.This night is about taking time, &nbsp;not because everything else is done, but because you deserve it anyway. It&rsquo;s about celebrating yourselves and each other, not just for what you do, but for who you are. Our theme for the evening is Expression. Expression is powerful. It&rsquo;s how we tell our stories when words aren&rsquo;t enough. It&rsquo;s how we release what we&rsquo;ve been holding onto, how we celebrate joy, process challenges, and reconnect with ourselves. Through art, through colour, through creativity, expression allows us to be seen, even in the quietest ways.And that&rsquo;s why it&rsquo;s the perfect theme. Every woman here carries a unique story, a unique strength, a unique beauty, and tonight is an opportunity to let that shine. No pressure, no judgement, just freedom to create, to feel, and to simply be.As you sip, paint, laugh, and connect, I hope you feel proud. Every ticket purchased supports Girls for a Change, helping us provide empowering programmes, activities and opportunities for girls and young women in our community. Your support helps build confidence, leadership and positive change. Ticket sales will close at 9:00 PM on Friday 5 June 2026.
