Join us for a summer of discovery and fun! Each week will feature a terrific theme, outside activities, water play, crafts, special guests, and much, much more! Camp is led by our director, Mrs. Tarrant, and a rotation of our very own Co-op teachers, with the assistance of camp counselors. Choose any or all weeks that work for you. Camp runs from 8:45 until 12:30 each day. Pizza lunch on Wednesdays is included and campers pack their own nut-free lunch on the other days OR may purchase lunch through Francesca's Lunch Box program. Snack will be provided daily. The Co-op summer camp is open to children ages 3 through 7. Children must use the toilet independently to attend. There is a sibling discount of 10% for additional children for the same number of weeks (or fewer). You will receive the discount code upon registering your first child. Early bird pricing shown ($280) applies until April 1st when the price will increase to $300 per week.Refunds and withdrawalsAll requests to withdraw a camper must be made in writing to
[email protected]. Full refunds of camp tuition will be granted up to May 1, 2025. Beginning May 2, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of your tuition enrollment for any canceled week(s). Beginning June 1, 2025, no refunds will be granted. Changes in registrationPlease contact
[email protected] at least 5 business days in advance of your camp start date, should you need to change the week(s) for which you have registered. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, but due to camper capacity and staffing, not all requests may be honored and our refund policy will still apply. No move requests will be accepted within the current week your child attends camp.AbsencesIt is the Glen Rock Co-op’s policy to not issue refunds for absences for any reason. Space, staff, and supplies are reserved for campers and charged regardless of attendance. Inclement WeatherCamp at the Co-op will run rain or shine. We aim to spend most of the time outside in our partially shaded school yard, but we do retreat inside to air conditioned classrooms in inclement or extreme weather. We will make every effort to acclimate a child who may have a difficult time adjusting to camp. The Glen Rock Co-op may recommend the withdrawal of a camper if adequate adjustment to camp has not been made within a reasonable amount of time. Should a child need to be withdrawn from camp at the recommendation of the Co-op, you will be refunded for the amount of days/weeks that the child will no longer attend, less a $25 per week administration fee.
