LXCL:We demystify, diversify, and democratize democracy by providing professional development, education content, and careers opportunities that power democracy, elections, and advocacy. We grow leaders and help them find professional paths in public service, running for office, campaigning, and serving in government, civil society and community organizing. We support US democracy professionals and international women’s programs to combat authoritarianism and promote democratic values globally.

Help Build Democracy UniversityDemocracy University is building practical, accessible training for the people who make democracy work — campaign staff, organizers, advocates, candidates, volunteers, movement leaders, and democracy professionals. We are starting with creating a growing library of training manuals, courses, tools, templates, and learning opportunities designed to make hard-won knowledge easier to find, learn, and pass on.Our manuals are intentionally still in draft. We are inviting practitioners, trainers, experts, and people doing the work every day to help review, improve, expand, and update them. And we are already developing additional manuals beyond the current collection.Your gift helps support the research, writing, editing, expert review, design, technology, training, and ongoing updates that make this work possible.

$25 helps us develop and share practical training tools and resources.

$50 helps support research, editing, and expert review of a training manual.

$100 helps us build new lessons, templates, case studies, and training materials.

$250 helps underwrite the continued development of a Democracy University manual.

$500+ can help sponsor a manual, training program, or new area of study.

You can support Democracy University as a whole, help build a specific manual, or make your gift in honor or memory of someone who helped teach, mentor, organize, lead, or open doors for others.Democracy knowledge should not disappear when a campaign ends or a staff member moves on. Help us capture it, improve it, and pass it forward.
