Global Recitation

Global Recitation promotes the preservation and teaching of Quranic knowledge through personalized recitation training, ijazah certification, and mentorship for aspiring Quran teachers, fostering a deeper understanding of the Quran worldwide.

The primary purpose of the Quran is to become closer to Allah through its recitation. Our predecessors observed and learned the recitation of the Quran from their teachers and followed their example. In this class we will examine key Quranic scholars and their practices and etiquette (Akhlaq) towards the Quran.&nbsp; The class objective is to learn from their exemplary lives so we may be inspired to be connected to the Quran and it&#39;s recitation.&nbsp; This class will meet online&nbsp;Thursdays 7pm to 8pm CST&nbsp; Class dates will be&nbsp;Jan 22, Jan 29, Feb 5, Feb12 Complete the registration form to reserve your spot.Deadline to register is January 20th Open to all, ages 15 and up
