This summer, we have an opportunity to change the direction of a young person&rsquo;s life right here in our community.But we need your help now. Go Local FXBG is launching a Youth Internship &amp; Career Pathways Program for underserved high school students in Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania. We&rsquo;re starting with a small group of 5&ndash;10 students this Spring and Summer &mdash; giving them something most students never get: Real experience.Real mentorship.A real path forward.These students won&rsquo;t just sit in a classroom.They will:<ul data-end="1195" data-start="969" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="1031" data-section-id="1v8czfu" data-start="969" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Work on real projects with local nonprofits and businesses</li><li data-end="1086" data-section-id="18nnuqe" data-start="1032" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Learn marketing, AI tools, and career-ready skills</li><li data-end="1146" data-section-id="1kq2dqf" data-start="1087" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Connect with mentors and professionals in our community</li><li data-end="1195" data-section-id="1j59jpp" data-start="1147" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Build confidence, direction, and opportunity</li></ul>👉 And we&rsquo;re on a deadline.The program begins in June, and we&rsquo;re working right now to secure the funding needed to make it happen.Every dollar raised goes directly toward:<ul data-end="1496" data-start="1377" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="1407" data-section-id="1rs6au9" data-start="1377" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Student training and tools</li><li data-end="1447" data-section-id="11ajsut" data-start="1408" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Program coordination and mentorship</li><li data-end="1496" data-section-id="1uehom0" data-start="1448" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Workshops and real-world project experiences</li></ul>This is a focused, high-impact pilot &mdash; and we&rsquo;re keeping it small on purpose so every student gets real support.But we can&rsquo;t do it without the community.
