Gulf Coast Manatees Homeschool Group, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit homeschool co-op serving families throughout Citrus County and surrounding communities.Our mission is to enrich home education by creating opportunities for children and families to Connect. Learn. Play. and build Community.Through hands-on academics, STEM and science, physical education, arts, practical life skills, field trips, career exploration, leadership opportunities, and community service, we help bring learning to life while creating meaningful connections for homeschool families.Our programs extend beyond the classroom. Students participate in educational field experiences, service projects, community events, science and marine-life exploration, P.E., Field Day, Graduation & Milestones, and opportunities to learn directly from local professionals and community partners.As a volunteer-driven nonprofit, sponsorships and donations help us offset the growing costs of educational experiences, program materials, facility use, special events, and opportunities that we strive to keep affordable and accessible for families.When your business or organization becomes a GCMHG Community Sponsor, you aren't simply supporting a program—you are investing in local children, families, education, and community.Thank you for helping our students CONNECT • LEARN • PLAY • COMMUNITY.

Annual membership is $100 per child and includes participation in Gulf Coast Manatees Homeschool Group programs throughout the membership year (AUGUST-MAY), including:Weekly classes and enrichment activitiesClubs and special activitiesP.E. daysCelebrations and family eventsField trips and educational experiences*Annual Graduation & Milestone CelebrationAnnual Field Day in May***Some optional field trips or special experiences may have an additional participation fee. Families may choose whether or not to attend these activities.**Field Day takes place annually in May and may have a separate family participation fee to help cover event expenses. If sponsorships are secured to cover those costs, the family fee may be reduced or waived.Membership fees help support our classes, activities, supplies, insurance, programs, and the many educational and social opportunities we provide throughout the year.Have more than one child joining? Membership is $100 per child. You will be able to select/register each child during the registration process.
