On August 2, Gumptious Works Co. will provide smoked chicken cheddar-jack sliders for the children, students, and families attending Mt. Gilead Church’s Back to School Worship Night.This meal is part of our Field Outreach work—bringing radical, Christ-centered hospitality into community gatherings, ministry events, and places where neighbors are already coming together.We believe a shared meal can do more than satisfy hunger. It can help a family feel welcomed, give volunteers space to connect with their neighbors, and remind every person who walks through the door that there is a place for them.The food will be provided to attendees at no charge. Donations to this campaign will help cover the ingredients, supplies, preparation, and service required to make the meal possible. Any funds raised beyond the cost of this event will support future Gumptious Works Co.
