The Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization exists to
CONNECT a Harvard military-affiliated community;
BRIDGE the gap between Harvard University and its military-affiliated communities; and
HONOR the history, service, and sacrifice of Harvard Veterans.

Request a Veteran Graduate Stole 🎓🎖️ This form allows Harvard student veterans who are not able to attend the Veterans Graduation Celebration to request an official HVAO stole for their graduation ceremony. Each stole is a visible acknowledgment of your service and your place in the Harvard community. Honor your journey Please share your contact details and service information so we can verify eligibility. Your responses help HVAO continue its mission of recognition, memorialization, and community for Harvard veterans and their families.

Join us in celebrating Harvard&rsquo;s veteran graduates 🎓🎖️ We&rsquo;re excited to invite you to the Harvard Veteran&#39;s Graduation Celebration on Tuesday, May 26, 2026! The ceremony starts at 11:30 AM with a reception preceding at 10:30 AM. Our keynote speaker is Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. Maj. (Ret) Thomas &quot;Patrick&quot; Payne!

Join the HVAO raffle for a chance to win big while supporting our mission too! Your participation is not only a chance to win prizes, but also plays a vital role in ensuring that Harvard Medal of Honor recipients are enshrined in memory in Memorial Church. Each ticket you purchase directly contributes to the carving of three new names on the Medal of Honor wall. 🎟️ Thank you for your support. At Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization Inc, we work hard to connect veteran alumni, veteran students, and ROTC cadets/midshipmen. Our operating expenses cover website and email account fees, accounting fees, insurance, state business registration, and travel for our officers as they engage with Harvard University leadership, HAA, students, and our veteran communities nationwide.&nbsp; How you can help power our mission:<ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Donate: Every dollar counts. We are more than halfway through the year and we still have so much more to do. To continue to bring you free events, HVAO needs operating capital. Our goal this summer is to raise $15,000 to b able to hold the Back-to-School BBQ and Harvard-Yale tailgate event.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please consider making the following gift:Donate the dollar amount equal to the number of years you served. Served 4 years? Donate $4.Served 10 years? Donate $10.Served 22 years? Donate $22. Every dollar helps, and every year of service tells a story of commitment and sacrifice. Join fellow veterans, ROTC cadets, students, and alumni for our Annual Back-to-School BBQ 🎓🔥. This casual gathering brings together the Harvard military community to reconnect after summer, welcome new members, and share a meal. Hosted by the Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization, Harvard College, and the Harvard Foundation, in collaboration with Harvard Extension School Student Veteran Society and the Armed Forces Committee, the BBQ supports our mission to connect, bridge, and honor military service across the Harvard network.
