LXCL:Healers In Practice™ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports therapists and other healing professionals in building sustainable, trauma-informed private practices. Through community, coaching, and training grounded in our Business Parts Work™ model, we help healers address burnout, overgiving, and business struggles as healing work. That way they can care for themselves as well as they care for others. Your gift keeps Clinician Circle free for every healer who needs it.

Grounded in our Business Parts Work&trade; model, we offer peer support, healing-centered group programs, and leadership training for therapists, helping professionals, and the leaders who run practices and organizations. By strengthening the wellbeing and long-term sustainability of those who care for others, we create a ripple effect across communities, workplaces, and systems of care. Every day therapists hold space for trauma, grief, uncertainty, and healing. ❤️&zwj;🩹 They sit with people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. They carry stories of loss, resilience, and survival. But many therapists are doing this work while navigating burnout, isolation, and the pressure of sustaining their practices. At Healers in Practice, we believe the people who hold space for others deserve support too. That&rsquo;s why we created the Healing With Healers&trade; Cohort, a six-month continuing education program designed specifically for therapists and healing professionals who need space to reconnect with their own healing while strengthening the care they provide to others. What the program provides 🤓Participants receive:&bull; 18 NASW-approved continuing education credits&bull; 6 months of guided learning and reflection&bull; embodied healing and nervous system practices&bull; peer support and practitioner community&bull; tools for addressing burnout, imposter syndrome, and belonging Through this campaign, we are raising $10,000 to sponsor 10 therapists to participate in the upcoming cohort beginning this April. Why this matters 🌎When therapists receive support, the impact extends far beyond one person. Participants in this program report:&bull; greater presence with clients&bull; increased self-compassion&bull; stronger resilience&bull; deeper professional clarity Supporting therapists strengthens care for clients, families, and entire communities. 🐝
