Join us for the Vern Aleshire Memorial Ride 🚴&zwj;♂️, a community ride honoring Vern&#39;s memory and his joy of cycling. This is a free event with the option to donate to the Vern D. Founded in 2018, HCD is a non-profit empowering youth through cycling programs that strengthen mind, body, and character. From grassroots training on our local trails to a competitive team racing across the region, we&#39;re creating champions&mdash;on the course and in life. But here&#39;s the truth: every mile these young riders log requires gear, coaching, travel, and safe spaces to train. That&#39;s why we are reaching out through this peer-to-peer fundraiser. Together, we&#39;re aiming to raise $5,000 to equip 50+ kids with bikes, jerseys, and the tools to chase their dreams.
