Helping Outside Animals Inc is dedicated to improving the lives of stray and abandoned animals through medical care, advocacy, and community engagement. We aim to create a compassionate world by empowering individuals to make a difference for these vulnerable animals.

🌟 Join Us in Creating Change 🌟🐾 👉&nbsp;All donations go directly to medical care and rescue efforts. We&rsquo;re a small, dedicated 501(c)(3) cat rescue&mdash;and right now, we&rsquo;re facing one of the toughest moments we&rsquo;ve ever had. In the past few weeks, two cats came to us in critical condition. There was no time to fundraise or wait&mdash;they needed immediate, life-saving care. To give them a chance, our director personally covered $2,000 out of pocket. Because of that decision, those cats are now safe. But it also completely drained our rescue&rsquo;s funds. Now, another cat in our care&mdash;Rocky&mdash;is suffering and urgently needs $1,300 in kidney treatment and dental care to relieve pain and give him a real quality of life. At the same time, we recently became an official 501(c)(3), and the $1,000 in filing fees was also paid personally so we could continue this work and build something sustainable for the animals who need us. 🙏 We&rsquo;re asking for help to cover these urgent medical costs so Rocky&mdash;and the others&mdash;can continue to receive the care they need. 🐾 Help Us Save Waterbury&#39;s Most Vulnerable Cats 🐾 Hello, my name is Natasha Tikhomirova, founder and Director of Operations of Helping Outside Animals, Inc. (HOA) &mdash; a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) cat rescue based in Waterbury, Connecticut. Every single person on our team has a full-time job. This is what we do with the rest of our time, because these animals have no one else. 🌟&nbsp;Where We Are Right NowWe are facing one of the most challenging moments in our rescue&#39;s history &mdash; and we are asking for your help.We currently manage six feral cat colonies in Waterbury housing 64 cats plus four pregnant mothers who were dumped and left to fend for themselves. These colonies have become dumping grounds for unwanted pets, and the need is urgent and growing. Our goal is to evaluate every cat, provide full veterinary care, TNR those who cannot be rehomed, and find loving families for those who can. The estimated cost to care for all 64 cats is $58,012 &mdash; a number that is overwhelming for a small volunteer rescue funded almost entirely by $20 donations from our Facebook community.At the same time, our rescue is currently managing several serious medical cases involving injured cats who require extensive veterinary care. These cases have stretched our resources to the limit &mdash; financially and in terms of foster space. In recent weeks, two cats came to us in critical condition with no time to fundraise.
