Harmony in Hearts is a collaborative volunteer initiative by The Heritage School&#39;s Heritage Youth Club Foundation and local community centers. Student mentors use music to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children with diverse learning and developmental needs.Music bypasses traditional communication barriers for children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
