Focus Trailblazers helps older children understand how their individual brains work and develop practical strategies for attention, organization, planning, emotional regulation, impulse control and task completion. The program is positive, strengths-based and designed to honour different learning and attention styles.

Focus Trailblazers — 12-Week Focus and Executive Function Program

The Adult Focus Program is a practical, supportive 12-week group for adults who want to strengthen focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and everyday executive-functioning skills. It welcomes adults with ADHD or similar challenges, but no diagnosis is required. The approach is strengths-based and non-clinical: participants test strategies, notice what works in real life, and replace shame with curiosity and problem-solving.

Adult Focus Program — 12-Week Facilitator Guide

Focus Explorers is a playful, strengths-based program for children ages 6–8. It introduces focus as a skill that can be practised — not a personality trait a child either has or does not have. Children explore attention, listening, memory, impulse control, organization, time awareness, flexible thinking and task completion through short, active experiences.

Focus Explorers — A 12-Week Focus and Executive-Functioning Program

Children become curious, respectful global learners through stories, maps, art, movement, games, and hands-on discovery. Each session connects everyday life with meaningful history and avoids presenting any culture as a costume, stereotype, or single story.

Global Adventures — Part One: Passport to the World

The ADHD Parenting Circle is a welcoming, judgment-free space where parents and caregivers can learn, connect, and leave with one practical strategy to try at home. It combines a planned weekly topic with enough flexibility for participants to discuss current needs. The circle is educational and peer-supportive; it is not therapy, crisis care, medical treatment, or legal advice.
