Bob is our mini-donkey and protector of the farm who joined us in 2021. He is known for his kind eyes, big ears, and even bigger heart - and his loud brays to let everyone know what's happening at the farm! Bob is used for farm-based therapy and teaches patients how to halter, lead and brush animals. He loves being rewarded with a treat for his hard work!Bob is used on a daily basis to meet a variety of therapeutic needs for patients across the developmental continuum. Members of Bob's Buddies can rest assured their donations are going straight to Bob's feed, equipment and maintenance needs through the year.

The newest member of our herd, Chip is dipping her hooves into therapy! As she gears up in training to be the best she can be in the arena, she brings smiles to all patients at the farm when they come by to say hello. Her soft eyes, gentle demeanor and ability to actually smile on command provide a welcoming environment for all who visit her pen! Chip is in training to be used as a therapy horse at this time, and will work her way to serving 10 patients per week. Members of Chip's Champions can rest assured their donations are going straight to Chip's feed, equipment and maintenance needs through the year.

Cocoa Puff is a former 4H-turned therapy horse who has been with our herd since 2020. His quick step and easygoing demeanor is a perfect fit for sensory seekers and patient's working on increasing endurance and postural control skills. When not working hard, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and being told how good his hair looks. Puff currently provides ten rides a week at Iron Horse Therapeutic Farm and supports a diverse range of rider's needs and therapy goals. Members of Cocoa Puff's Pals can rest assured their donations are going straight to Puff's feed, equipment, and maintenance needs through the year.

Cookies is a former rodeo queen horse who is the founding horse of our herd. She began serving families with her owner, Taneal, in the Northern Colorado area over 15 years ago! She knows who her riders are and builds long-lasting relationships with each patient who spends time with her. She likes to oversee the herd and keep the younger horses in line. Cookies currently provides five rides a week at Iron Horse Therapeutic Farm and supports a wide range of rider needs and therapy goals. Members of Cookie's Collective can rest assured their donations are going straight to Cookies' feed, equipment and maintenance needs through the year.
