THRIVE is an 8-session workforce readiness program designed to help participants develop the skills, habits, and self-awareness necessary for success in employment, training, and long-term career growth. Through a trauma-informed approach, participants explore how stress, past experiences, communication patterns, and personal barriers may impact workplace performance and employment retention. 🌿 Exclusive May Celebration &ndash; Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿Just The Beginning is proud to present our 3rd #HealthyMatters &ndash; Mental Health Workshop Series, a powerful and in-depth experience focused on the identification and healing of traumatic experiences.This transformative series will be facilitated by Latia Parker, LPC-S, LADC/MH, Agency CEO, a dynamic trauma therapist whose personal journey as a trauma survivor fuels her passion for helping others heal and grow. Turning pain into purpose, she is committed to guiding individuals as they rebuild their lives and find strength in their stories.Latia is also the founder of Parker&rsquo;s Hope for Mental Wellness, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing mental health through trauma-informed therapy services, reentry mental health support for men and women, and youth and family programs addressing sexual assault trauma within the community. ✨ Special Opportunity: CEUs will be available for clinicians seeking professional development.⚠️ Limited Seating Available &ndash; This is an intimate and impactful experience you don&rsquo;t want to miss.🗓 Workshop Dates (Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays)May 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28⏰ Time: 3:00 PM &ndash; 4:00 PM📍 8-session series (1 hour each)

Through interactive education on affordable meal planning, grocery budgeting, nutrition fundamentals, and the connection between food and mental health, participants gain the knowledge and confidence to make sustainable lifestyle changes. By addressing the intersection of nutrition, emotional well-being, and physical health, the workshop strengthens women&rsquo;s stability, supports successful reentry and diversion outcomes, and helps break generational cycles &mdash; because healthy women build healthy families, and healthy families strengthen communities.
