From Postpartum Mother to Postpartum Doula and Beyond In November of 2025 I became a trained Postpartum Doula. My inspiration is to become a pillar of practical and emotional support for new families.&nbsp; My own initiation into motherhood lacked grounded care including; tactile comfort, emotional and practical care.&nbsp;Being a part of this advanced birthworker immersion offers me the opportunity to learn traditional hands on comfort techniques, holistic nutritional practices and authentic methods of holding space from elder midwives.&nbsp; I intend on integrating the newly acquired knowledge into the care I provide to new families as I expand my scope of practice as a full spectrum doula.&nbsp; Your support will make this possible. Below are the tiers of giving and incentives for each tier. I am happy to answer any questions.&nbsp; Fiscal sponsorship by Keep Still Cares. Giving Tiers $50 - receive a gift of dehydrated sourdough starter or a sourdough boule (local donors only)&nbsp;$100 - receive gift from tier 1 + an herbal tea blend grown and dried at Nourish and Nurture Farm.&nbsp;$150 - receive gifts from tier 1 &amp; 2 + Guide to feeding your Sourdough Starter Ebook written by me, Claire Abilmona.$200 - receive gifts from tiers 1,2 &amp; 3 + one 30 minute consultation for you or any new parents in your community.&nbsp;
