LXCL:Empowered by God’s love, we transform lives across Tanzania and beyond through practical education, agriculture, health, and community service.Vision: Transformed lives and communities.

Kibidula’s mission work is growing—and so is the need for dedicated workers. But one major challenge is slowing that growth: we do not have enough staff housing. For many key positions, we need workers who come from other parts of Tanzania or from other countries. Unlike local staff who may already have homes in nearby villages, these workers need a safe, suitable place to live. Right now, limited housing means some staff are doubling up in student dormitories with little privacy, and we cannot bring in additional workers even when the need is great.Your gift toward staff housing helps remove a very practical barrier to mission growth. By providing simple, appropriate homes for needed workers, you help Kibidula welcome more people to serve, strengthen existing ministries, and respond to the growing opportunities before us. We need to make one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom houses. The cost averages $15,000 per basic house. The work is growing. The workers are needed. Help us make room for them.

Staff Housing - Increase our ability to reach more people

God is blessing Kibidula's School of Evangelism with remarkable growth. Just a few years ago, we averaged about 22 students per training session. Today, we are training approximately 60 students, and the number continues to grow as more people answer God's call to ministry. Our current men's dormitory has reached its capacity. To continue welcoming future evangelists, we are launching an expansion to build eight new dormitory buildings, providing housing for 64 additional students at a time, and increasing our capacity to approximately 100–110 men. Because the School of Evangelism offers two six-month training sessions each year, these dormitories will help provide housing for approximately 128 ADDITIONAL students annually for many years to come. This project is about much more than constructing buildings. Your gift is not simply providing a place to sleep—it is helping prepare gospel workers whose ministry will impact lives for years to come. Every new room creates an opportunity for another student to receive biblical instruction, practical ministry experience, and hands-on training before being sent to serve in communities across Tanzania and beyond.Your gift helps remove one of the greatest barriers to expanding our School of Evangelism. Together, we can make room for more students, equip more laborers for the harvest, and prepare the next generation of evangelists, missionaries, church planters, and Christian leaders.Project Goal: $79,000 to construct 8 dormitory buildings and toilet facilities, providing housing for 64 additional evangelism students every 6 months!

Your gift helps provide clean drinking water from a deep-water well to Kibidula’s agricultural school for at-risk youth. Reliable, clean water for the school, student dorms, and staff houses will be a long-term blessing. With this well, students will have access to safe, sufficient drinking water without having to manually haul water from other sources. This will allow them to spend more valuable time learning sustainable farming, growing their own food, and gaining skills that support lifelong self-reliance. Every contribution directly supports practical education, health, and dignity for young people in rural Tanzania.

Kibidula's Bible Workers—also known as Lay Evangelists—are our frontline missionaries, bringing the everlasting gospel to some of the most spiritually underserved regions of Tanzania. They go where hope is needed most, into communities where few others are willing to go.Through home visits, personal Bible studies, and prayer, they share the truth of God's love and the promise of Christ's soon return. They also walk alongside families in practical ways—connecting them with vocational, agricultural, and health programs that bring wholeness to daily life.We receive continual testimonies of lives transformed—families restored, faith awakened, communities renewed. When you give $100/month to sponsor a Bible Worker, you're not just supporting a missionary. You're helping one dedicated person open Scripture in family homes, build relationships with neighbors, and point people toward hope — body, mind, and soul. Partner with us. Bring hope. Share the Truth.
