Kingsmead PTA empowers students through events like 'Kingsmead's Got Talent,' raising funds for The Alzheimer’s Society and Crisis UK. We celebrate student talent while supporting those affected by dementia and homelessness.

SOMER OF SOUND brings our community together for a festival of live music, food, and summer vibes 🎵☀️.&nbsp;Our truly talented students are primed and ready to bring kick off your summer with a showcase of brilliant musical acts; solo artists, classical performers, rap artists, indie-rock bands and instrumentalists.&nbsp; This year we are bigger and better than ever! Live music will be performed from two stages from 5.30pm - 8.30pm with refreshments available to purchase from our bar, tuckshop and BBQ, or the pros at Little Red Fire Truck Pizza van. Alongside the musical feast there will be plenty of festival fun to entertain; get festival ready at our glitter glow up station, enter our inflatable obstacle time-trial, share your creativity through our art workshops, or declare your love for your favourite act at our DIY band merch stand!&nbsp; Every ticket sold helps Kingsmead PTA invest in real extras for our students that enrich school life &ndash; from classroom resources to events that make school more fun and engaging. SOMER OF SOUND Music Festival

😂 Get ready to laugh out loud as Kingsmead PTA hosts a fantastic night of live comedy! 😂&nbsp; Join us for an evening packed with fun and laughter featuring four brilliant comedy acts that are sure to keep the jokes coming and the atmosphere buzzing. Look forward to hilarious comedians Geoff Whiting, Drew Taylor, and Alan Francis, and sketch group Biscuit Barrel. As a fundraising event, every ticket sold raises funds to support our school. Thanks for helping us to enrich school life and joining us for a fabulous evening!&nbsp; Doors &nbsp;- and the bar - open at 7.30pm. Cash and cards taken on the night. Comedy Night

Get ready for the School Disco for Years 7 &amp; 8 🎵 Join friends for a fun evening of music, dancing, glitter-glowups, and snacks, organised by the Kingsmead PTA for years 7 &amp; 8. Your ticket helps&nbsp;support Kingsmead students and raises funds that will go directly towards projects and items that enrich school life.&nbsp; Please note: all students will need to be collected from school at 8.30pm.
