The Kneeland Educational Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the students, staff, and programs of Kneeland School, a small, rural TK–8 public school in Humboldt County. Beyond academics, our mission is rooted in strengthening our entire community and ensuring our school remains a safe, inclusive, and thriving hub for families. We proudly partner with local organizations such as the Kneeland Fire Department, Cal Fire Helitac, PG&E, the Red Cross, and Astronomers of Humboldt, and we host community-wide events like our Fall Festival, Fun Run, and disaster preparedness trainings. For many families, our school grounds are more than a campus. They are a gathering place where children learn, play, and grow together.
