Lancaster County Council on Aging exists so that growing older in our community doesn't mean growing hungry, isolated, or without support. For over 45 years, we've served Lancaster County's seniors through home-delivered meals, group dining, transportation to medical appointments, and programming that keeps older adults active and independent in their own homes.The seniors we serve are your neighbors — people on fixed incomes who would otherwise face impossible choices between groceries, medication, and keeping the lights on. Every dollar raised tonight directly funds these programs, keeping meals on the table and drivers on the road.
