Club dues are a critical part of keeping the organization running smoothly throughout the year. They help cover essential operating costs such as field rentals, equipment, uniforms, coaching support, insurance, and general administrative expenses. While we are fortunate to have sponsors who contribute and help offset some of these costs, the club cannot function without the consistent support provided by member dues.Dues are assessed annually on a calendar-year basis. To provide flexibility, we also offer a semi-annual payment plan for those who prefer to split the cost into two installments.Please note that club dues are separate from league registration and CIPP (Club and Individual Participant Program) fees. All players are responsible for registering and paying those fees directly through Empire GU and USA Rugby via their respective websites.
